The property is 4 bedroom home situated at the top of a cul-de-sac in the back of Tugun. Downstairs there is a double garage which is used as storage, as well as one of the bedrooms with an ensuite and a small second lounge space. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining, living and laundry rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and a bathroom + toilet. The Bathroom upstairs is a double shower double sink combo which is handy and the kitchen and bathrooms are fairly modern. We just had NBN hooked up for better wifi. The room we have for rent is situated upstairs and is one of the smaller rooms in the house but it comfortably fits a queen bed it in with space around it and has a built-in wardrobe. There is an air conditioning unit in the main living room but other than that we tend to use fans in summer when needed. There is a balcony out from the living room that has a nice view down the street and across the hill. Bills are not included in rent but Water + Power + Internet averages out to be about $15-20 maximum a week extra so would be approx $170-180 with bills. **UPDATE** I've been overwhelmed with all kinds of amazing messages from some awesome people out there, and it makes me so happy to know I live in such a beautiful part of the world with so many other beautiful, like minded people! I did have someone move in already though, it was the 3rd person to come see it. Minutes to Currumbin Beach, Palm Beach and the M1. Not even 10 minutes to Gold Coast Airport. This 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom apartment has the best floor plan for flatmates, with each room and bathroom on opposite sides of the unit so you never feel like you're disturbing the other person. It is on the bottom level of a small 3 level block of units, awesome neighbors, new modern construction, 2 x reserved underground garage car spaces, private front patio, and private back patio with lush green gardens around. End/corner unit with extra windows. Security gates. INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS kitchen and pantry with ample cabinets and storage. The whole apartment can open up to get amazing fresh breezes, but also has ducted air-con and heating if needed. Lots of natural lighting flood the open floor plan and give it a generous open and clean feel. If you can't tell, I absolutely LOVE living here, and I'm looking for someone else who will feel the same about it. I've lived here for over 3 years now. Found this place on flatmates with another guy living here, but when he finally moved back to NZ, I decided to take over the lease because I just couldn't find anything else better for the price. My previous flatmate had the master bed and bath / ensuite. It's a large room with extra closet space, a separate shower AND bath tub, and has sliding glass doors which open to a back patio. It's been a fabulous location for him, as he was a sales executive traveling to Brisbane almost every day, and flying all around the place in and out of Gold Coast Airport. It was easy for him to get everywhere, and being a massive surfer and fan of the beach lifestyle, it couldn't get any better location wise. I would consider having a couple move in, as the space is big enough, but it would be an extra $20 a week if 2 people move in. The most important thing to me is that I find a good flatmate who really likes it here. Water and Electricity will be split evenly. Honestly, the only fault I can find with this place is that it doesn't allow pets... I would love to have a dog, but unfortunately it's not an option. There's also the planes, but it's not too bad... we are close to the airport, however this building was constructed with that in mind, has very thick glass on the windows, concrete construction, and thick walls so it's really not bad. Plus the planes are only meant to take off and land between 6 am and 9 or 10 pm, so you don't have to worry about them at night. Must see it to believe it! Ready to move in the 4th of Nov, just in time for some beautiful GC beach days!
Though it’s a shared bathroom this is just for the bath at night time for the kids. It’s an open home. Large. Has a great out door area and pool. Parking on the driveway and storage in the garage. Newly renovated. Air con in main areas and fans in rooms.

The building have a beatiful garden with palms which attract gorgeous birds during the day, also have a fancy swimming pool and BBQ area. The unit is quiet big: 3 large bedrooms with celling fans and wardrobes, fully equiped kitchen, spacious dine room and living room with air cond., good sized balconi, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The bedroom available are private room and you will share the bathroom with 1 more flatmate. We prefer NO SMOKER people. Bills are included in the rent: eletricity, internet and house cleaning. Single short term bedroom: will be available from 11/11/2019 to 20/12/2019 or from 06/01/2020 to 21/02/2020. As we are between 2 beautiful suburbs (Currumbin/Tugun) you have many options of cafes and restaurants, grocery shops, street food markets and beautiful beachs that you will spend just a few minutes walking to go. If you want to go out for a fancy dine, Palm Beach is just 5min by bus and you will find there the best restaurants of the Coast. Also the most beautiful beachs (Burleigh Heads to Cooly) are around here and you can get there in only 7min walking or 10-12min by bus.

Three minutes drive to the beach, 20 minute walk. Local shops and Tugun village couple minutes drive. Great local area with food and bars. Top corner floor surrounded with lots of glass. A cosy sanctuary.
