I am looking for people interested in a lease take over that also want to keep the furniture I have. I’m going overseas and hate to leave as this is such a wonderful location and townhouse. Lease is $780 pw and furniture sale can be discussed.
The room prices is what you can charge for flatmates if you’re looking to sublet it furnished.
If you love the ocean, surfs and swims and a great location with lots of nature nearby while still being near the centre of the Gold Coast and only a 5 min walk to the ocean, we are close to Currumbin beach, not too far from Currumbin Creek as well as close to Tugun beach. The townhouse is nicely furnished and newly renovated and feels like a beautiful home in a secure gated complex with a shared pool and nice neighbours.
You won't need to bring furniture, just your lovely self :D

About the flatmates
Hey everyone
I’m looking for a lease take over and someone interested in also buying the furniture so you can have it already fully furnished:).
Room 1 has a white double bed with the metal frame, a shared bathroom, and a shared toilet with room 3 on the top level.
Room 2 has a wooden double bed on the ground level. People there have their own space, sharing only the kitchen. There is a converted garage that can be used as a second lounge area including a second fridge.
All the rooms have ceiling fans, and there are many windows and doors to get good airflow during the hot summer months.
Room 3 is the Master bedroom with the white wooden bed and cat tower (cat tower will be removed). King sized bed, tv, air con, tallboy and built in wardrobe.
