The house is in Goodwood, in the middle between King William Rd and Goodwood Rd at about the level of burger republic/goodwood cellars. Needless to say its an awesome spot for the shops, as well as the tram into the city and the bike path which goes all the way to Glenelg for evening swims and beach beers come summer time. There is also a nice park 2 blocks away which we go slacklining in and we're close enough to the hills if riding a bike is your thing. The bedrooms are big, the garden is even bigger and the kitchen is medium sized. We have a big bbq, table tennis table, dart board, hammocks, fire pit, and a giant jenga for garden fun as well as a shed if you need to store your stuff. The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen size base, bedside tables and wardrobe but we can store this stuff if you have your own. We also have a budding veggie garden, as well as fully established orange, lemon, fig and peach trees, so if you know anything about growing veggies that would be awesome!!

Millswood is an often overlooked suburb, but this Art Deco beauty is a pleasure to live in. Close to train, bus, King William road and Goodwood road. It's a quiet and safe area. It's a two bedroom place with a huge living area, floorboards in the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen is easy to navigate, heaps of cupboards and a dishwasher. The bathroom is on the smaller side but the shower is excellent. There are lots of lovely design features in the property and a great balcony. The wifi name is the best in the neighbourhood. There's a reverse cycle air conditioner that costs a bomb to run but is dreamy in the cool evenings/hot nights. The house is pretty sorted for furniture but there's definitely space to squeeze more in.

A great cottage right next to the City and around the corner from Unley pubs, cafes and restaurants. This is a spacious room in a big place with great housemates. In a quiet street, there is plenty of outdoor and indoor area for chilling out and having friends over. Clean bathroom, decent kitchen and off-street parking are some of the perks.
It's for short-term stay as I'm going to visit my country from 16th June to 28th July. It's 6weeks in total so I want someone stay here at least 4weeks :) -Builtin-robes -Double bed -Study table $ 140 without bills, $165 include all bills and internet. It's small and cozy place to stay. Here are only 2 rooms and no TV in the living room, and so it will keep quiet which is best for uni student or full-time workers. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance from IGA, - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 1 min walk to the bus stop. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. - 15min to the Flinders university by car. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number.
