Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available from the second week of May. The current lease expires in July 2018, but can be extended for another 6 months. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room (and would therefore pay slightly more) with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is actually $930(flatmates wouldn't let me set it to more than 4 weeks). The rent is $170 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. The internet bill is $43 per month per person. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet.
