The best feature by far is the backyard, which is huge and very shady, and a great place to have a few drinks in the summer. It comes fully furnished, except for the available room. There is heating/cooling in the common areas, unlimited and high-speed internet and there are solar panels on the roof, so gas and electricity are discounted. The place has its quirks, like most old houses, but it is an amazing place to live in. I have been living in this house for a year with 4 other awesome girls, but unfortunately I’m moving interestate for work. The house is located 10 min drive from the city. Bus stop 20 meters down the road and train station about 1 KM away. Our neighbour mows the lawn at the expense of our land lord which is lovely, he also does any handy work that may be needed. The rest of the house is well furnished, the bedroom can be furnished at an extra cost or unfurnished. We have a big shed out the back for any needed storage.
