About the property
We are seeking people in their 20s or 30s who work, study, or travel. The house is located on a quiet leafy street, very close to the city, and with a large backyard.
It is a 15 minute cycle to the city centre, and a 25 minute cycle to the beach. Two different buses also travel to the city which are within 2 minutes walk.
We don't allow smokers or pets, so please don't message if you are a smoker or have pets.
Bills (gas, water, electricity and high-speed unlimited internet) are included in the rent.
Couples are an additional $75/week inclusive of bills.
