The property is really great!! It is in a really nice area that is close to Latrobe University, only about a 8min drive and a 5min drive to Macleod station. The house is a decent size with a big living area and backyard. Air conditioning and heating in living room with fans in all other rooms, laundry facilities provided and unlimited wifi.
Pretty large 3 bedroom home in the Yallambie/Macleod area. Cheap, tidy and in a great area. - close to public transport, city and la trobe/rmit universities. - 5 minute drive to various shops. Pretty laid back. Just ask that cleaning be shared when necessary and bills paid on time. Food/cooking etc is done separately for ease, however materials for the house (toilet paper etc) are shared and the cost is split. Smoking is fine outside.
