I own this property and have been living in the area for about a year. 1.8km walk to Watsonia Station and 2km walk to Greensborough Plaza. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling installed. Lock up double garage if you need to store any tools/work equipment in there. The room up for grabs is located up stairs and I'm located downstairs and so is my other roommate. There is also a separate lounge room up there that you can make your own - but more than welcome to share the one down stairs.

My name is Marcus, a 33y.o. Professional who lives in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Tudor style home in Macleod. (Renting) The house is lovely and light and is full of character! The space: I basically have just furnished the whole house with my new furniture where I now have just left empty; 1. the largest bedroom (6mx3m) 2. an adjoining carpeted lounge and 3. a main bathroom all right near each other on the downstairs level (where my room, and my kids* room and ensuite are all upstairs.) so in short, other than the main lounge and kitchen you would almost have the whole downstairs level to yourself! The laundry is a European laundry in the downstairs bathroom. I have a big fridge, new washing machine (so you wouldn't have to bring one if you didn't want to.) There is a garage on the property, at the moment taken up by my classic car, but there is plenty of parking avail on the street right outside the house. I'm basically thinking $250pw plus sharing the bills (elec, gas, water) and I'll cover the internet cost.

Hi there, welll the house is a lovely characteristic heritage listed huge 3bm house with a sunroom and 2 garages, heaps of space for storage or whatever.. huge back & front yard with fruit trees & chirpy birdys. The house has italian wallpaper and kitch stuff like an ironing board in a cupoboard! Across the road is a HUGE park, I dont even know where it ends.. great for bike rides! We all do our own thing so no pressure on social stuff tho of course the odd chat in the kitchen over a cuppa from time to time. Also a 14yo cat lives here, she's lovely but doesnt like other animals sorry. Theres a servo next door which shuts at 10pm each night, handy for ice cream runs :P The room can come unfurnished if you like but atm theres a queen size bed and cupboards and a table in there :)
