About the property

Our house is a four bedroom at the very back of the block of townhouses, so it's super quiet. It's close to lot's of parks, running and walking tracks and public transport.

5 minute drive to Aldi, a Chemist and Watsonia shops, 7 minutes to Heidelberg. We've got a bus that leaves from just out the front, and it's only a 3 minute drive to Rosanna station.

Our ideal housemate would be 23-35 years old, female, and a non smoker.
The fourth bedroom is currently being used as a working from home space/library, so if you need somewhere to wfh or to put a desk and computer, you can keep it seperate from your bedroom :)
2 other female housemates ages 24 and 30.

$210 per week
$747 bond requested
Additional $50 if queen bed frame is wanted

About the flatmates

24 and 30 year old women

We both work full time and enjoy coming home to a quiet space where we can relax, have a glass of wine and watch some TV or read a book.
We're LGBTQIA+ friendly, and we enjoy having people over for a shared meal or casual hang out, as long as it finishes up at a decent hour!

I (Adelaide) love to cook and read, and have two indoor cats who are very shy of new people but warm up pretty quickly. I work in marketing full time, in the office, and I go to the gym most days, so by the time I get home I'm pretty much showering and going straight to bed!
On the weekends I spend time going out with friends, meal prepping, and curling up in front of the fire with my two cats and a good cup of tea!

Ash works full time in medical administration, and is also a gym goer. She loves to game, and often comes home from her day and plays a cosy game in the evening. On her weekends she hangs out with family and games, as well as life admin :)

No other pets can join our household, unfortunately, as I have a very friendly to people but very not friendly to other animals cat, as well as a very timid cat who likely would never leave my room if there were other pets around.
