I am renting out a room with a queen size bed, side table and double built in wardrobe. Also can be unfurnished! You will have a parking bay in the complex which is safe as it isn't near the main road (and lots of visitor bays). The third room is a study and can be used if you need a desk. I also have a cat who lives inside and outside, depends on his mood.

I'm a fantasy geek boy, would be cool to have some geeky housemates who I get along well with and can chill and play games with occasionally. May consider pets depending on what it is, and the situation but generally this would be quiet, contained pets in enclosures and cages.
