THE HOUSE: The house has newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen with a decent sized backyard, perfect for backyard cricket and afternoon hangs. The garage fits two cars for plenty of storage space and driveway is long enough to fit 2-3 cars with plenty of free off-street parking nearby. Could easily walk to uni or ride your bike! As we have not moved in yet, the house is completely unfurnished however over the course of next year we intend to make it a home. Internet may not be available on move in, but we will definitely be getting it installed as soon as we can. There are two bathrooms, one is an ensuite attached to the master bedroom and the main bathroom will be shared between the other 3 rooms. All bills shared equally.
