Lovely house in Waratah
* The house is fully furnished. We could use a microwave and an air-fryer but other than that its sorted.
* Your room has optional (not built-in) wardrobe/storage but is otherwise unfurnished. There is a nice balcony attached with a couch and table for you to use :)
* The house has lovely high ceilings and picture rails so for once you can actually hang up your art in a rental ❤
* 25 minutes public transport to Newcastle interchange, 20 minutes to Newcastle University.
* Lease is up on the 08/10/2026 and the room is available from 08/02/2026.
* Bills will be $40/week. Internet, gas, water, elec, and a truly embarrassing amount of streaming services (almost all of them)!
*** Sorry we don't have photos of the room yet, the old housemate is packing up to go overseas, should be able to get some pics shortly***

About the flatmates
We are Nik (23 year old, studying Psych at UoN) and Naomi (29 year old, studying civil eng at UoN).
Nik super friendly/sociable and is always down for a chat, a bevy, or a movie night! When he’s not studying he’s either baking, reading, or hanging with friends.
Naomi is a homebody who loves videogames and telly, cooking and the beach. She has a 10 year old cat named Toby who loves to squeak and get cozy couch snuggles.
We both enjoy and will do together - boardgames, movie nights, gardening, walkies, beers, baking and cooking.
