I have a partly furnished queen-sized bedroom available in a beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor unit. It is currently furnished with two big wardrobes, a side table and shelves, however happy to get rid of things if you have your own. There is fast, reliable, unlimited internet, and all bills are included. The apartment is bright and sun filled with polished timber floors and big windows looking out to the green backyard and glimpses of ocean through trees in the park behind. There is a bathroom with shower, a washing machine, and a clothesline in the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, blender, food processor etc., and includes an eat-in breakfast bar. There is a beautiful back garden with an outdoor setting, which is communal however the people in the other three units rarely spend time there. There is plenty of on-street parking available in the well-lit surrounding streets. Notable mention is there's a cat who used to live in the apartment with previous tenants years ago, who pops in and makes himself at home fairly regularly but he doesn’t technically live here. A fantastic peaceful location surrounded by stunning beaches and parkland; the beautiful Diamond Bay cliff-top walk is only a few minutes walk, Queens Beach (secluded harbour beach) or Christison Park are less than 1km, and Watson's Bay is a beautiful half hour stroll (or great run) beside the ocean. Castle Rock beach and other little gorgeous swimming spots are only 5 (or less) min walk down the road. The Manly to Spit walk is just out the driveway. Stockland Shopping mall is a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk away. Bus stops are also close by. The bedroom itself is extremely generous in space.
