This is an older house flat, huge garden space which is situated at Parsley Reserve in Vaucluse. The bus stop is right outside the driveway, close trains are Edgecliff and Bondi Junction, Watson Bay ferry wharf is a 10 min walk. $300 includes internet, electricity, garbage, washer & dryer and private fridge. This flat is small but cozy with a garden and location that are amazing. If you love the outdoors this is a great place for you as there are coastal trails, water sports, etc.

The apartment has amazing natural light. Its 30 sec walk to Diamond bay coastal walk which takes you to the vaucluse light house and down to Watsons Bay. 5min walk to 3 bus routes which take you to Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction and through to willaim st in the CBD. There is an external laundry and plenty of off st parking. The room has a built in wardrobe and the gets the afternoon sun. The neighbours are super friendly and the location is very quiet and relaxing. Sorry the apartment is at full capacity with furniture, although there is still plenty of space in the bedroom for chest of drawers etc. I'm very flexible with length of stay :)
