Hi folks! I'm looking for a flatmate to SUBLET my room in my beautiful, sunny and fully furnished art deco Apartment in quiet Vaucluse from the 30th June until the 30th July 2017. I'm open to accommodate an earlier start date or extending the stay at the end if that suits you better! Sorry , ladies only! If you would like to live in a quiet spot for 1 month that's close to the city and right near some stunning local beaches you will feel very much at home here. It's situated up on the cliff near the light house and if you step outside the front yard, you can see Sydney harbour to one side and breathtaking ocean views to the other. The location is spectacular and there's usually a wonderful sea breeze. The apartment is bright and airy and gets sun light pretty much all day long. The floors are gorgeous polished floor boards except for the bathroom (tiles) and kitchen (laminate). The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out onto a beautiful gum tree that is home to some cheeky birds that come and say hello when you are cooking. Although a bit old, the bathroom has a lot of charm and is clean and tidy with zero mould. Out the back there's also a communal yard and an attached outdoor laundry with plenty of clothes hanging space. The block is very quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly and respectful. Your room will be available from 30th June till the 30th of July 2017. It't the master bedroom and features polished floor boards, big windows and LOTS of light. It will be fully furnished for you with a lovely (and very comfy) double bed, drawers, lamps and a built in wardrobe. I love minimalistic and clean decor so you won't find junk/clutter in the apartment or room. So all you will need to bring is some bedding and what ever you need for 1 month. You will be living with my wonderful and extremely respectful flatmate. She works business hours Mon- Fri and is a warm and super kind person. I don't drive (yet) so I rely on the bus and the connections to here are great. There's a bus 10 meters up the road that takes you straight to the city in 25 minutes via Edgecliff and Kings cross. Just 10 minutes further down the road there's also busses to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach. I love coming home from a busy day to this idyllic spot - there's wide open space and the ocean up here and its just so peaceful.

The place is amazing! Its a huge mansion with multiple living spaces. If you need your own space or want to hang out the house is suitable for either. The place has so much character and the people here are lovely. We are just looking for someone to complete the crew. We are all working professionals that like a balanced work/social mix. The house has a big pool and jacuzzi. We are close to the nicest harbour beaches. 2mins walk from Milk Beach. We are a 5 minute drive from Bondi and we are about 30min on a bus to the city. The room itself is actually a double room. It has an amzing sunroom that could be an office or day bed area. It also has a private garden where you could put a deck chair or table. Its completely secluded and private:)
The apartment has amazing natural light. Its 30 sec walk to Diamond bay coastal walk which takes you to the vaucluse light house and down to Watsons Bay. 5min walk to 3 bus routes which take you to Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction and through to willaim st in the CBD. There is an internal laundry and plenty of off st parking. The room has a built in wardrobe and the gets the afternoon sun. The neighbours are super friendly and the location is very quiet and relaxing. Sorry the apartment is at full capacity with furniture, although there is still plenty of space in the bedroom for chest of drawers etc.
