Awesome location for the best walks in Sydney. Harbour views on one side and the Tasman Sea on the other. My favourite part of the day is walking to the Grumpy Baker to get a coffee while seeing Sydney in all its glory. The apartment is fully decorated and very stylish with top appliances and utensils. Large built-in wardrobes with mirrors. Queen sized bed all there ready. You don't need to basically bring a thing but can decorate your room or leave as is.

Amazing location with views to the sea. Gorgeous 1920’s Art Deco styled semi detached property. Exceptionally maintained. Large sunny bedroom with full furnishing including queen sized bed. The room that's available is the HUGE master room which will easily fit a King bed, with plenty of space left over. This apartment really is so special. As soon as you walk in through the door you can see the ocean just outside! It is a beautifully quaint and light filled apartment and very simply put I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. The sun rises just outside the balcony door and in through the windows, which floods the apartment with an abundance of light. I don't have much furniture so I would ideally like to take the time to purchase staple pieces and keep the place looking minimal! Quality over quantity and all that jazz. If you have some pieces of your own please let me know! It's also very close to The Grumpy Baker, which is one of my favourite places to go on a Sunday morning. With gorgeous beaches surrounding us, not too far away. Woolies, convenience shops are all within walking distance up the hill too! There is a brand new oven & stove top that the owners will be installing before we move in. Being that the owners are in the Architectural industry (myself included) it is a well designed space with a touch of modern. Amazing shower head & bath to enjoy (which is super important in my opinion)!

I have a room to rent in my apartment in Dover Heights, moments from Rose Bay (10 min walk) and Bondi (30 min walk). It’s a quiet area with a lock up garage and storage room however, there is plenty of street parking! Coles is a 10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment which frequently goes to Bondi/City or the other way to Watsons Bay. Local cafes all within 10 minute walk. Federation cliff walk right on the apartments door step. The room is furnished with a bed and a built in wardrobe. The apartment itself has a brand new laminate floor, recently painted and new blinds installed in each room. The furniture is all brand new also. The balcony is huge and the view is stunning of the city (the photo doesn’t do it justice) and you can see the harbour bridge and opera house. Every Saturday you can enjoy the fireworks with a cheeseboard and wine! Rent would be 350p/w plus bills (electricity).
