Beautiful Balmoral Beach is a 10-15 min walk down the hill. There's a bus stop directly outside with frequent services to Taronga Zoo (and ferry on to the city) and also to Wynyard in the City and Balmoral Beach. The communal kitchen/living area is split into two spaces - TV/Lounge room and open-plan farmhouse-style kitchen. There is one shared bathroom with shower but no bath. (As a backup, there's also a functioning toilet and shower in the downstairs basement. But it's only a backup). It is possible to extend beyond 4 weeks, however that would need to be discussed. Very close to Fourth Village Providore where you can buy gourmet take-aways from Deli section and heat up in micro-wave in flat. Very tranquil setting.
