The previous housemate had a double bed in there. We can provide a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table if needed. It is a large house with plenty of space to chill out. It has high ceilings and non-functioning fireplaces. The house is a bit old and run down, but it is very spacious and only 7 minutes walk to Bondi Junction, plus there is a bus stop just outside (if its raining or you are loaded up with shopping). One bathroom (with bath tub), and a separate toilet. We have an internal laundry and a big backyard/entertaining area. Available for inspection at various times (I am a shift worker) To avoid wasting your time and ours - please note: The house is fairly quiet, and we want to keep it that way, so we don't want a party animal. We don’t mind a bit of fun - just not every weekend. Rent is $220 per week (which includes wifi) Bills are approx. $10 per week, and we put $10 in the kitty about once every 2-3 months to pay for toilet paper and cleaning products. Looking for someone to move into my cute abode 10mins from Bronte beach, one street back from Bellagio cafe, North facing so lots of natural light + hardwood floors plus I am away a lot because of work. Feature good vibes, natural light, open kitchen, easy parking and one of the best walks though Bronte gully right onto the beach. The Charing Cross shops is our local with lots of cute cafes, restaurants and a QE food store for groceries. Also only a 10 min walk to bronte shops.

The property is corner of Dickson and Birrell. Maps got it wrong. Nice clean apartment with great views. You can see if there is a good swell running at Bronte beach. There is a shared laundry downstairs with washer and dryer. Its a 2 bedroom with a large lounge dining. I have all the furniture, appliances etc a happy home needs but you are welcome to bring what you'd like to make it feel like home. I have netflix but doesnt everyone these days. No foxtel. Parquetry floors. There is a car space that I share with flatmate as well as ample street parking.

Fresh air in the afternoon There is a nice balcony between kitchen and living room...good for chill out time Kitchen with a gas appliances (cook top and oven) Building is quite stylish, clean, safe and friendle access by lift or stairs Located in a really convenience spot. 10 minutes walking to Bronte beach, 15 minutes walking to Clovelly or Tamarama Building is surrounded of anything you need. Shops, post office, bus stops to go anywhere and literally 10 minutes walk to Bondi Junction. The Main bedroom, which is the one that I am renting, it comes with private balcony and build-in wardrobe as you can see at the photos
My flatmate is moving out so I need a clean and tidy person to replace her (no couples or pairs though). I am ideally looking for females, but open to the right male as well. It is a cute 4 unit apartment block on a very quiet/secluded street with a large outdoor area out the back. There is a shared laundry room out the back but we have our own washing machine. There is no parking spot included but getting a park on the street is pretty easy as only residents park there. There is internet provided for $30 each a month. Energy bills are split 50/50 and come quarterly. It is a cosy, unfurnished bedroom that includes a built-in wardrobe and enough small for a queen bed and dresser as well. There is shared storage space in the apartment too. The location is amazing, only a 10 minute walk to Bronte beach and a 3 minute walk to a bus stop that can take you on a short trip to Bondi Junction or the city. I need someone to move in 08/09/19 and also open to discussing an earlier move in date depending on my current housemate. The house is fully furnished and I already have all the necessary cooking/cleaning appliances and a large television.
