Hi we have two rooms available for rent one with two double beds, 32inc smart tv with Netflix, 3 door wardrobe, 6 drawer chest, and 2 bedside tables. The other with a Queen bed etc: All bills including electricity, gas, water, the fastest internet, The kitchen has everything oven, microwave,fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. The house is located 8 minutes walk to Westfield 10 minutes walk to Bondi train station located on Birrell street. There is a large back garden and smaller front garden. The rent is $220 each $440 p/w total. This room would suit two friends
