3 bed, 2 bathroom with balcony. Spacious and airy, with lots of natural light. It’s a split level flat, so there are a few flights of stairs to access the property and room.

- 12 mins walk to Bondi Junction 🛍🚉
- 1 min walk to bowls club and Waverley park 🌳

Hello,
We’re Cali & Patrick, both mid/late-30s. I’m English and Patrick is half-Scottish/half-Kiwi. We previously lived in London before moving over to Sydney in 2019.
I work in marketing and Patrick in sales. When we’re not away travelling or visiting friends, in our free time we enjoy socialising, cooking and being outdoors. We enjoy a clean and tidy living space, and we’re pretty chilled most of the time, but love a good dinner party, games night or a few drinks every now and then.
