Our house is a big beautiful bright and airy Queenslander, a short walk away from Boundary St, Davies Park & Orleigh Park. The room is generous in size, furnished (queen-size bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk & chair) and has reverse cycle air-conditioning. The house has timber floors throughout, a generous living room, modern kitchen, dining area and a nice sized balcony. All in all, enough space to find a place to have your privacy when you want to. One bathroom and a separate toilet, and plenty of storage available under the house and a small side / backyard. We are social and enjoy a good time, but this is not a party house. We also have a lovely cat living with us who is always up for company, and 4 chickens who have just started laying. Offering is for 1 person at $225 p⁄w (All bills inclusive - water, gas, elec, internet). A couple may be considered but at higher price (open to negotiation).
