Quiet and clean female flatmate wanted to share large 2nd floor of house with tidy Japanese-speaking professional woman in West End. I work at the apartment during the day, and return to my nearby home at night.
You'll enjoy living just 10 minutes away from the city, and close to West Village, Woolworths and South Bank. A local bus to the city is at the end of the street and runs every 15 minutes or less.
Nearby educational institutions include South Bank Tafe, University of Queensland and various private language schools.

The flat features:
-large bedroom with built-in mirror robe, lounge chair ceiling fan
-fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge & utensils
-dining area with table, chairs
-a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and basin
-large back deck near leafy trees

Please note:
- other female tenants live on the separate ground floor of the house, so it's important that you are mindful of noise
- no car parking is available
- no Internet is currently available but I have plans to get it connected
- laundry can be done at a laundromat five minutes walk away
-no e-bikes or e-scooters
