- I select tenants who are respectful, quiet and tidy, so your home will be a pleasant place to live.
- 4 weeks' rent in advance, 4 weeks' bond, 4 weeks' notice to leave.
- No couples or pets.
- No overnight guests, no parties, no noise after 10pm, no smoking.
- Landlord on separate floor with a small dog.
- Access involves 3 flights of stairs around side of the house.
- Kitchenette includes portable induction stove.
