Seeking a roommate/s for my townhouse in West Leederville! The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room is the master with an ensuite, and the two other rooms are smaller (3m x 3m) and share a large bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. There's also an extra toilet downstairs. I'm flexible with the living arrangement - will rent out the master with wardrobe and ensuite for $310 pw and I take a single, or each single for $220 pw and I take the master, or a single and a master and I take the other single. Have a great little shared house in Leederville and is a 10minute walk to IGA and all the local stores, shops, bus, trains etc. The house located directly beside a local park and a 10 minute walk to Lake Monger. The house itself is fully furnished so no need to worry about providing any furniture. No smoking in the house but can smoke outside. Like to keep the house to a reasonable standard, no messy people who can't clean after themselves or do their due diligence. Their is a spare mattress (Queen) available for the room and has a built in wardrobe. So person interested would only need a bed frame and whatever they please to fill the room. Room can easily fit a double bed. The house is air conditioned however the room is not.

We are looking for a similar minded, LATE 20's (minimum) to early 40's professional, non-smoker (a must), who enjoys a healthy work-life balance (because somebody has to!), likes a good party and is social but also responsible, can show some initiative to help maintain a relatively clean and tidy household (it is a big house, so it does require some regular effort). Other particulars include a month's rent is required up front as bond and rent is paid in advance FORTNIGHTLY. Rent includes high speed wireless broadband with generous download quota, however, power/water/gas bills not included. (Please note - no early 20's or couples, sorry). Beautiful little character house in Leederville! Close to everything including cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. I've just moved in so still getting settled and getting to know the area. The house is quite cosy but it has so much character if you like older style homes.
Great house in a great location. We're a five minute walk from Beatty Park, a ten minute walk from the main strip in Leederville, a fifteen minute walk from the Rosemount Hotel and to the Leederville train station. There's a bus to the city close-by and we're close to the Loftus Recreation Centre also. Ground floor: Main bedroom/ensuite, lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry, toilet. Upper level: Two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a study used by the current housemates. We have a well-behaved and house-trained twelve year old cat who lives inside. The available room has a built-in wardrobe, is carpeted and currently furnished (this is optional however). Shared bathroom with one very house-trained male. We are a male and a female who have lived together for a total of almost six years. We are not a couple. We're not huge party people but love to socialise and have a laugh when work and other commitments permit.
