This is a beautiful relaxed place close to absolutely everything you could need. Some of the best cafes in Perth, everything within walking distance, you almost don't need a car!! There's 4 major shopping hubs including the city close by. Two gyms and the beach and Lake Monger are minutes away. The best Irish pub in Perth on the corner of the street! West Leederville train station 2 minute walk. This situation would suit a mature female professional but I will consider all applicants. You must love dogs (yours would be welcome if it got on well with mine). There is occasionally a second dog on the property as I'm a dogsitter/walker. I'm a mature but young at heart small business owner and part time music industry professional. I work really hard, so home is for quiet time not party time. I have my own living space at the front of the house. So you have your own lounge and TV area. There's only one bathroom but it's never been an issue. Im looking for an easy going, 'borderline OCD in the kitchen and bathroom' housemate. The house is already furnished so not looking for any more stuff but you are welcome to store anything in the back shed and fill your room with anything you like. It's currently fully furnished but it can be removed if you would like your own stuff. Great open plan kitchen living space with doors to back deck and BBQ area. International Beer Store, Pappagellos, the Re-Store. The 24 hour Loftus Centre Gym is at the end of the street and Beatty park olympic pool is around the corner. Both Train lines (Freo and Joondalup lines) are close by as are lots of busses and entry to the Freeway north and south. It's such a convenient place to live and we also have 3 off street parking spaces. Everyone has a spot. It's a gorgeous little house with air con/heater, great outdoor spaces front and back.
