Its only a couple of minutes walk from West Leederville Train Station (2 stops away from the city) and many neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Leederville is also only a 10 minute walk away for more of a variety with food. Perth City is a 45minute walk away and 10-15min drive from City beach. The only thing that needs paying in terms of amenities is the electricity bill. Other than that, every thing else is included in rental price (including internet). There is one bathroom in the house, though there is an extra toilet out the back, in the laundry. The rooms each come with a carpark, either around the back of the house or on-street parking with permit. We're gutted to be looking for new housemates although our current housemates lease has expired and they wish to find a property with cheaper rent.

There is only one car bay for the apartment, which you can use when I'm not there, but as I'm coming and going on an irregular basis I can't guarantee it all the time as I will need it when I'm down in Perth. Street parking is available but subject to 2 hour time limit during the day, therefore it would suit someone who either doesn't have a car or drives to work during the day. Bills are $20/wk, I have my own internet supplied by work but there is Telstra Air (wifi) nearby or you are welcome to set up your own. This is a very clean and tidy home, with respect for things important. I'm very easy going and trust that the place will be looked after in my absence, so not suitable if you take drugs, drink heavily or smoke.

The house is GORGEOUS! We've had friends stay over and describe it as a "French villa" and "Airbnb". It's a private house and has a humble street front, we've also got a beautiful courtyard and plants inside/out. There's a beautiful bathtub in our downstairs bathroom - perfect for those nights you want to wind down (with wine and a book). There's also bathroom upstairs. We have heating/cooling in the main area downstairs. We have a private garage with one spot available for you, and street parking is "permit free" on the weekends. The location is amazing - we are on the West Perth side of Subiaco, so it's a short drive or 30 minute walk into the city (we are also in the free transport zone for busses to the city if walking isn't your thing), about a 15min walk to Subiaco Square (Train station, Coles, Woolworths, pharmacy, Target etc.), and about the same to amazing West Leederville cafes such as Hylin (our favourite) and Mary Street. We're also only a 15min drive to Cottesloe or City beach. We have Apple TV (including Stan, Netflix). Bills (each): Internet $22 p/m, Gas $27 p/m, water & electricity is divided equally every quarter.
