Large room (fully furnished but can remove) in great house in West Leederville. Close to everything (literally). Amazing cafes, pub on the corner, Coles, IGA, Subi, City, Leederville, train, bus. Beach 10 minutes. You have your own living area, TV Etc. It's a share bathroom situation but it's never been an issue. Beautiful open plan living/dining/deck. A/C and heating throughout house. The only thing that isn't negotiable is that you must love dogs. There's a cheeky StaffyX Jack Russell that loses a coat of white hair on a regular basis. I keep the house super clean but if that's the kind of thing that will annoy you, this place isn't for you!! I only need you to be OCD in the bathroom! I'll take care of the rest!
