this is a great happy place to live. we have bbq, 2 gyms really close, pools around the corner, net flex . pretty musical house. acoustic guitar often played. love cooking . big kitchen, lounge and dinning. two court yards. loft if you need to store stuff. very close to leederville and all it has to offer. the only rules are clean up after yourself. One other female lives here . very friendly and clean place. you only have to share bathroom with one other.

It's really close to the good part of Subi. The top end that's close to good coffee, the best wine bar in the hood and the farmers markets. Also, it's a 5 min walk to the grocery store and public transport is super close. Great if you have to get to UWA for Uni. Kings Park is also just around the corner and if you're keen for a wander, you can even walk into the city.
