It's not too far from Monash University (Clayton) - I often walked, but bus is better (15-20 mins). Also a nice big back yard and garage. It's just a really nice place to live in, and convenient to get to Monash and Brandon Park. We will need to buy a fair few furnishings for the place this year (someone moving out owns most of the current stuff), so if you have your own furniture etc, that's great, but I'm happy to buy what's needed too.
