About the property
My home is in a quiet court. I have been running this shared accomodation since 2018 and have made some great friends for life. There is a straight bus from my home to Monash University and it takes 2 min to walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes to get to Monash Clayton campus. There is a bus that takes you to Waverley gardens (10 mins) which has all three grocery stores; Aldi, Coles and Woolies. There is another bus that takes you to Brandon park shopping centre (also 10min) that has Aldi and Coles and will soon have Woolies. If I'm going to any of these shops for my own groceries, happy to give you a lift there and back.

Hi there, my name is Angela and I work from home for hospitals around Australia. My home caters for female students who are study conscious and need a safe place to call home. There are no more than 4 people who stay in this home. The rooms are fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery to use. It is a non party, quiet and smoking/vaping free home. There is a tv room, lounge area, laundry room and garden to use. The only thing you need to supply is your own bed linen, duna (quilt) and pillows.🤗
