Hey there! I've currently got 1 spare rooms in my 3 bedroom house that I need rented out ASAP. It is only me in the house the 3rd bedroom is an office. Ideally looking for someone quiet working full time or studying - this isn't a party house. The house is large with huge living and outdoor areas, plus a fireplace and a spa bath. It is furnished in all common areas, however, the bedroom is UNFURNISHED but it does have a double sliding door wardrobe. The lease currently is until Jan 12th 2018, you'd need to be willing to commit to staying until then at least, with the possibility of extending into next year if it suits us :) If you're interested please get in touch! I need this room rented ASAP. The room is now down to $100 per week including gardening - other bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) will be split evenly between us. Bond will be $400 and rent needs to be kept at least 1 week ahead.
The house is located in a quiet street 4 km from Geelong's CBD, 5 minutes walking distance to the Gordon TAFE east campus and just a short walk from a city bound bus stop. The room is clean and bright with BIR's, and the shared kitchen has been updated and offers great cooking facilities. You will need to be neat, tidy, clean and friendly and we prefer female. Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) The room is unfurnished, but I have a fridge/freezer, mostly equipped kitchen etc. We're very close to Newcomb Central and Bellarine Village shopping centres. Geelong CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away, there is a 24 hour gym around the corner and Public transport is easily accessible. I have unlimited cable internet which is included in the rent, as are gas, electricity, and water bills. The room has no wardrobe but there is a big storage cupboard under the stairs which would be yours to use as well. All applications will have to go through the real estate agent, as you will be joining me on the lease but the agent and the property owner are great people.

The house is located less than a kilometre from the botanical gardens and within walking distance to the Geelong CBD and Deakin University Waterfront campus.
