Hey guys, so I've just finished renovating my place and currently looking for someone to help keep me company in it. All rooms were brought up to scratch with new carpet, blinds, etc. All though a little cozy, you will have plenty of privacy and a huge entertaining area out back with a fire pit, BBQ and outdoor entertainment setup (including netflix, cause its a must). Inside has been decked out with all the mod cons as well so should help you feel right at home, including fire place, PS4, Bose speakers for when u got the place to yourself and want to rock out, or chill..its your call. Kitchen has an old fridge blackboarded up so can get all artsy on, with a big 6 burner oven to test your skills on and a dishwasher to clean your mess. A small euro style laundry will get your clothes trim and proper for the week ahead (washer and dryer). As for me, I'm a 28 year old male, carpenter by trade but you wouldn't picture it. i work monday-friday, 7am-4:30pm. Very easy going guy and have had 5 years experience living abroad so i know the importance of a good relationship with your roommate, so boundaries and privacy will not be an issue. Great central location, a street back from Eastern Beach. The house is old but comfortable. 2 living areas, air conditioning in one, ducted heating throughout. Rooms have built in wardrobes. I have 2 rooms available and will fill both if I can get the right mix of housemates. Otherwise I will just fill one room and rent would be more I don't have a lot of furniture as I've lived pretty minimally the last couple of years but have some basics. Slowly looking to build up but won't happen overnight so there is room to accomodate furniture if you come with some. I can provide a double bed and mattress if needed
