This is our very kitsch Californian bungalow in Williamstown. It is very homely and the room that is on offer is absolutely MASSIVE. The previous tenant had it set up as a bedroom, study and lounge. It could also fit a couple very comfortably as there is more than enough room for two peoples belongings. The house is in OK condition but is quite old so I wouldn't expect a renovated paradise. It has a large and very rustic kitchen (look at those bricks!) and a large dining/lounge area that is a shared space. There are 2 other bedrooms occupied by myself and my housemate James and another spare room for storage. There is a large laundry with washer and dryer that backs out onto a large backyard/garden. The only real negative about the house is the bathroom. It is fairly small and not so pretty to look at but it has everything you need it to have like shower/bath and toilet. It is located within a 2 minute walk to a plethora of shops and restaurants, with a supermarket also within walking distance. Early morning coffee won't be an issue, you just have to decide which place you like best. We are very close to the water and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The nearest train station is Williamstown beach and it takes exactly 12 minutes to walk there. There is parking on the st which is very easy access and has heaps of spots available.

So, both of my housemates are about to venture overseas and therefore I need some more crew to join me over here in this vintage and spacious spot of retro paradise that is the Spotty Crib. We're 13 min walk from the train and the trip is about 12 minutes to the city. The rooms available are both medium sized, one comes with BIR the other does not. The one with is situated at the front of the house opposite the lounge and the other off the kitchen. We have everything you need for living the life of mediocre dreams however I'm still in the process of making it homely (I've only been here a few months) so if you have anything to add please do! I've essentially got all the furniture in the house but the rooms are unfurnished. In the garage I have a purpose built studio for my music. It is probably 80% soundproof. I've never had a complaint ever and I rehearse in there a lot both with my band and alone - however sorry to say I'm not looking to have any musicians move in. YOU The people that join this dreamy living will be extremely clean individuals with steady employment and a history of being at least an 8/10 for personality. You'll be busy with your own life but also keen to socialise with the housemate and friends - I want this to be a great place to live not 3 strangers. If you're a native Spanish speaker perfect because I'm learning Spanish and I want to get really good. This is NOT a party house but definitely is a fun place.
