Sunshine West, Melbourne

The House : Large bedroom (pictured) in Sunshine, about 9 minute walk from Sunshine Station and a stones throw from Kororoit Creek. I still have to get some landscaping done out front and back, but is a blank canvas I'm looking to fill with some gardens over the coming months. Off street parking available and bus stop right out front. Not a party house as sleep is sacred :)
I have all modern appliances and a full kitchen, as well as an espresso coffee machine, offset smoker and weber, sous vide, split system air con in every room, QLED TV with surround sound and a few musical instruments.

The room : large room, unfurnished but has ample built in robes. You will have your own shower and bathroom, but guests will also share this when staying (pictured). The room as split system A/C.

Me : I really love escapism so spend a fair bit of time watching the tube. I love to be creative in the kitchen and usually go do some laps at the pool after work on weekdays. Love to watch footy and basketball. I work 100% from home in the tech industry.

The sitch : $325 p/w ($1409 pcm) + electricity only bill. I would make electricity inclusive but I've found in the past that people can be wasteful when not accountable for usage.

We can get a cleaner for an extra $50 each per month (bathrooms, kitchens and shared space only so still need you to spot clean and put things away). Internet is NBN on a mesh network.

Will take a $710 deposit but won't have any lease arrangements. There is a little bit of storage in the shed, but would prefer to keep it free of clutter. I have really high standards for cleanliness for the shared spaces so you'll have to be on the same page.

You : Clean, respectful and easy going who can share a meal on occasion and a bit of a chin wag, but also appreciates their own space (as I do mine). Really important there is a buy in to keep the place spick and span. I'm not looking for couples sorry.
