Hi, My partner Matt and I are looking for someone to move in from the beginning of March 2017. We are looking for someone who is: - currently employed - tidy and helpful - respectful and honest - aged between 23 and 35 We are laid back, friendly people and have been in share houses together for the last 6 years. We enjoy catching up on TV series in the afternoons, heading to the movies, or hitting the beach on the weekends. We try to keep the place tidy so we appreciate your help vacuuming and mopping once a week and keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, has a built in robe, and there is extra storage available in the spare rooms and hall closet. You will only share the bathroom with occasional guests. Should you desperately need a bed, we have one in the guest room we can lend you until you can find one of your own. The living area is air-conditioned to help us survive these ridiculous heat waves. Rent will be $140/wk (2 weeks paid upfront) and paid via scheduled transfer. We hold the lease until February 2018. Happy to negotiate a space in the garage if you need to lock up a work vehicle. Bills will be split evenly and if you would like to use the connected NBN we would require an extra $10/month. We have a friendly indoor/outdoor greyhound x. This is a three year old house with a very nice garden . The lounge ,dining and kitchen area is quite spacious . The bedrooms are a normal size with views of the garden . I am a mature man who is sharing with an international student , we enjoy cooking meals together and have a huge respect for each other . We are usually very quiet and would appreciate the same . There are two small dogs that live here and are very friendly also a cat who comes home to eat and then takes off .

These three bedrooms have no common walls attached to each other which give you a quiet own area in your room. The rest of house is fully furnished. The house is double garage but sorry coz we both have a car so you have to park in visit car space. But don't worry there's plenty of them in this secure block. P.S. I have 2 10-11 years old kids who visit me sometime during weekend, they are quiet and good manners, so hope the roommate is tolerant of seeing them occasionally.

The house has ducted air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The room size is 2.9m x 2.85m and a wardrobe size of 1.8m x 0.5m. However, there are three spare rooms so take your pick. Internet (NBN) and utilities will be split evenly. A car space in the garage will also be included.

I'm looking for a flatmate with a dog to share my 3brm 2bth duplex with myself and my adopted 7yr old female staffy 'Stevie'. The $250 pw covers everything except Electricity and Water. These will be split when the bills arrive. The room is a good size with a single wardrobe, fan, lots of window light and private outlook. You would have your own large bathroom with shower and bath that you would share with any of our visitors (I have very few). Your room and bathroom are at the opposite ends of the house to mine. There is a spare room for guests. I have the master with ensuite. All areas are furnished except your room. Sorry, little extra room for more furniture or storage of it but we can chat about it. There is a double garage but only off-street parking is on offer. There is however, a large space inside the property (gated and locked) that is concreted with shade sails for you to put your boat, jet ski or gym gear if you need. There is lovely, tiled outdoor patio and seating area. The yard is fully concreted with a high block-out fence. A locked gate opens onto a grassy reserve and walking track. We are located 2mins from Coles, 4mins from bus stop that takes you to and from Coomera station. Bus ride 10mins. Bond is 4 weeks due on move-in date. Rent will always be 2 weeks in advance. That is, you pay 4 weeks on move in then 2 weeks later you pay 2 weeks etc. This way, you only have to give 2 weeks notice when you leave and you have already paid your rent for those last two weeks.
