The property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, semi secluded with trees surrounding. 1km from Westfield Helensvale, bus stop located right in front of the house.

The rooms available would suit full time day workers and students who generally stick to a 7am-5pm schedule, who are clean, and respectful. The house is not suitable to people with pets as the yard is not fully fenced.

There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level of the house, the lower level is completely separated/locked off to the upper level of the house. Currently bedroom 1 is occupied.

The upper level is occupied by a professional couple and is completely self contained and separated from The lower level shared house that is also completely self contained and has a private front and back door.
