We're looking for an easy-going, friendly flatmate to replace our 3rd who is leaving to join the defence forces. We're in a fairly spacious double-storey 3 bed/2 bath (3 toilets) townhouse in well-to-do Wilston in a really quiet spot. The place is fully furnished; you only need your bedroom furniture. The room is light, airy, has aircon, a built-in wardrobe and overlooks the leafy courtyard. It fits a queen size bed easily. You'll share the large main bathroom (bath and shower) and separate upstairs toilet with one other.We also have a double lock up garage which you can rotate your car spot. There is also a fair amount of off-street parking too. A five minute walk down Kedron Brook Rd is the Wilston Village (cafes and restaurants). Public transport is just outside the complex and Wilston train is about 10-15 mins walk away. Supermarkets are a 5 min drive away from Newmarket Reading Complex, Lutwyche and also Stafford Shopping Centre. We're a 7 min drive to the CBD. I have a great relationship with the landlords so they've kept the rent low. Four weeks bond is required, I can add you to Netflix, gas and electricity is additional and internet is $20/mth. I'm a health professional and Greg is a graphic designer so we'd ideally love someone similar to add to our household. We both are food lovers and good coffee is a must in our household. Our household is chilled, relaxed and social but we're not into partying and we respect each other's space. We're a fairly clean and tidy household so want someone like-minded, pays bills on time without dramas. We're a household where flatmates have become good friends. No couples please.
