The property sits high on a hill, with great views of the city, and cool breezes which is great in summer! The house is in good condition, with high ceilings, an air conditioner in the dining room, a big backyard (with hammock!), porch at the back, room for some storage in the garage, and is in a quiet street. The house also has security bars on all of the windows and doors so it's very safe. The bedroom on offer is a double bedroom, it has a wardrobe if needed, and has an air conditioner! Sadly I am looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful, airy Queenslander in Fairfield (inner city/south Brisbane). I have had the pleasure of being the first to move into this home (January 2017) since it has been renovated and it has in no way disappointed. The house is in the most convenient location with a train station at the end of the street and a small shopping complex (also with bus stops) including coles, a bar, Aldi etc. one street behind! It is insanely convenient for anyone working/studying in the inner city area or studying at UQ (15min walk). There is off street parking to park your car in the rarely large driveway. There is also a very generous sized yard with a small deck and vegetable patch we have added ourselves. There are high ceilings throughout the house as well as a giant kitchen with a dishwasher.
