About the property

This fully furnished home (except your bedroom) is a classic post-war Queenslander set in a quiet, green pocket of Wilston, just a short walk from Eildon Hill with sweeping city views.

The house is split over two levels.

Upper level:
One bedroom, a study, open living area, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and two off-street car spaces.

Lower level:
Two bedrooms, a second living area, laundry, bathroom, and a backyard.

Available: The largest room in the house (4.8m x 3.3m), featuring a generous walk-in wardrobe and additional basement storage. The bathroom is shared with one other male housemate (Will).

This is a whole-house share, not a room-by-room rental. We’re looking for someone who understands that a good share home only works when everyone contributes and treats the place as their own.

Please only apply if you:

Are comfortable sharing responsibility for cleaning and basic upkeep of common areas and the yard without being chased.

Understand that living together means cooperating, not just occupying a room.

Are able to talk things through in person and communicate openly and respectfully.

The lease runs until 8 February 2027.
Bills split evenly.
Bond is equivalent to four weeks’ rent.

About the flatmates

Will: I’m a 33-year-old working part-time at ALDI with a steady routine. I enjoy hobbies like gardening, small projects around the house, brewing and getting out for hikes. At home I’m relaxed and tend to keep to my own rhythm, often with some music on in the background. I’m hoping to live with people who value a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and who want the house to feel like a genuinely nice place to come home to.
