I've just secured the most amazing home in Wilston (right in the village) and since it's massive, I'd love to share it with 1-2 like-minded housemates! I haven't lived in the house yet but I used to work 50m away and I can confirm, this location is one of the best pockets of the inner north. It is only a 50m stroll to cafes, restaurants, ice creameries, boutique stores etc. major buses run along Kedron Brook Road (end of the street, only several doors away), Wilston train station is 750m away (8-10min stroll) and there are parks, gyms and the Newmarket pool all walking distance. We have 1 bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. The house is only 3.5 years old so is super clean and modern. Downstairs consists of a spacious open plan living area with bi fold doors leading out onto a little balcony and grassed courtyard.
