We live super close to the city! Right down the road from the Royal Brisbane hospital so perfect for someone who is working in that area. The three bedrooms are all the exact same size so rent works out perfectly. Large bedrooms with very large wardrobe with mirrors and high ceilings. The house is a old queenslander but in good condition. Great back yard for the dog and activities. Balcony out the front with great afternoon sun. One large bathroom with a standing shower that's huge and a beautiful clawfoor porcelain bathtub! We have had no issues with only one bathroom the last year. Large open kitchen with dishwasher and gas oven and stove. Aircon in the lounge room but no fans built in. We are just up the road from downie park and the Enoggera bike path that is amazing for exercising if you like getting out and about like we do.
