A very spacious, air-conditioned, room is becoming available in our four bedroom, two bathroom refurbished Queenslander. The house has wooden floors throughout along with high speed internet and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and beautiful gas stove. The bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs along with one bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs there is another shower and separate toilet along with laundry and a ridiculous amount of storage space. There’s also plenty of off street parking and a large grass backyard. Nearby is plenty of public transport options including two train stations (10 minutes to central) and a bus stop at end of street. We’re also close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms. Rent is $165 per week which includes yard maintenance by the landlord. Bond is $620 and bills get split equally as they come in. I am moving out with my partner (wouldn’t be going otherwise) and the house will be available on the 22nd of September. We enjoy the location because it's so close to work in the city and also walking distance to the train for a night out. Plenty of street parking available. We've hooked up Google to most lights and TVs - Netflix and Stan at your fingertips (happy to share accounts). The spacious living, kitchen and outdoor areas make it a great place to share. There's plenty of shared storage room and potentially office space also. Yes aircon!
