Great location to city. Modern spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with ample parking nearby. I usually pay less than $150 per month in utilities living here by myself so even less if split. I have Netflix, Stan, unlimited internet. Kedron brook Bikeway and city Bikeway are nearby. Air con and fans.
One room in a two bed-room apartment available in December. The lease will go on until 13 Jan 2020 which can be easily renewed. I am able to move out after the 14th of December. One of the highlights from my stay would be the location; how close it is to Albion and Windsor station hence the City (love cheap Uber rides!). You have the city view too. Some nights I love cracking open a few and just chill out the balcony. Don't be afraid to send a message through for any questions! :)

The apartment has a balcony and also have a rooftop with magnificent views of the city and sunset plus a pizza oven, bbq, herb garden, sun beds, tv, bar style seating and entertainment area. Close to a some local gyms as well and its 2.6km to Brisbane CBD.

You'll have the main bathroom which has a sliding door into your bedroom, so essentially it's an ensuite. There's a gym at the end of the street, and city views from the balcony. Netflix in the living room, individual aircon units in each room. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It's city living on a main road. You would need to be okay with traffic noise especially in peak hour. I wouldn't say that it is suitable for shift workers. (Bedroom floor is carpeted in the photos but now has wood-look tiles which are much cooler in summer)
