Very spacious room available in early May/late April. As I've only just moved in these past two weeks I haven't had a chance to do much and there are still a few boxes lying around in the photos. Your room has a 3 door sliding wardrobe, queen bed and access to your own bathroom (just outside your door). Your room and the living area are all air conditioned. The apartment has a balcony, with nice views of the city and a breeze. Internet will be included in the rent, other bills split between 2. There is easy parking on the street and it is super close to the Northern Busway and Lutwyche Road and walking distance to the RBWH. There is also a park on the street with a bikeway, picnic tables/bbq and breakfast creek running through it. There is great free street parking and bike racks available at the complex also. Your room is large and is unfurnished will fit a king sized bed and side tables with a built in wardrobe (has shelves inside) and ceiling fan. There is a climate controlled ducted air conditioner/heater. Also there is a Pool with sun beds, a Gym and Barbeque areas in complex. Your housemates are really clean, social and friendly and expect you to be same. We are one girl and two guys, aged 27, 31 & 35, all really fun and enjoy a nice social (few drinks sometimes) environment, we try to keep active, fit, healthy and cook shared meals regularly, making it a family feel that is more fun and social. So hopefully you are young enough that you can add to this experience. The price of $225 per week is to be paid ontime kept two weeks in advance, with an extra $30 per week to cover expenses (Kitchen/Toiletries/Laundry use supplies, Cleaning, Internet-Unlimited, Electricity, Gas & Water). There is also a Secure underground Carpark available for an extra $25 per week if needed or there is street parking out the front and many visitor parks for friends.
