I am currently seeking a couple of people to share in renting moved away with my home.
Grant, a long time tenant resides in the self-contained downstairs area of the house, which means the entire upstairs space is available for new house-mates. Previous long term co-residents of more that 3 years moved out.
Grant is mature, friendly and approachable and mostly keeps to himself. He works full time as a sales and technical representative. His job requires him to travel away from home at times.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, reading, going to movies and for weekend drives with his partner. He also enjoys travelling in Australia and overseas seeing new places and creating new memories.
The space would suit people studying or working in the city or Hospital and will be available from February 7th (7/2/2026)
