Hi there! My housemates and I are looking for an easy going, friendly and clean housemate to join our home! Unlike many units, our home is VERY spacious and has a number of different spaces for you to chill in. My favourite part of the home is the very large private outdoor area which has a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen has everything in it that you'll need, the living area is cosy and comfortable, there's a small BBQ on the deck and the shower is top notch. Your room has a built in cupboard and overlooks a garden. It's not a huge room but my sister (who is currently in it) fits a queen size bed and small desk in there quite comfortably. Our home is also in a great area - just a short walk to Albion train station, bus stops, a large number of great cafes (and the best bakery in Brisbane, 'Brewbakers', a yoga studio and the Albion Hotel. Toombul shopping centre is just a short 5 minutes drive away and it's really close to the Brisbane River (Newstead). A drive to the city will only take you 15 minutes. The space is also REALLY quiet. We rarely hear our neighbours which we love! There's plenty of street parking, some storage space in the garage and the suburb itself is really safe! I love living here and know you will too! We split the bills 3 way except for internet which at the moment is divided between the 2 room mates here now. Bills are electricity and gas which are always quite low.

I've just secured the most amazing home in Wilston (right in the village) and since it's massive, I'd love to share it with 1-2 like-minded housemates! I haven't lived in the house yet but I used to work 50m away and I can confirm, this location is one of the best pockets of the inner north. It is only a 50m stroll to cafes, restaurants, ice creameries, boutique stores etc. major buses run along Kedron Brook Road (end of the street, only several doors away), Wilston train station is 750m away (8-10min stroll) and there are parks, gyms and the Newmarket pool all walking distance.
