The house is brand new so it’s very clean with all new appliances. Awesome A/C and heat, small backyard with bbq, 10min walk to the Torrens, and 20min walk to the O-Bahn. Living space, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room on the bottom level while bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is a small outside area where we like to hangout and bbq. The room is a good standard size and has frosted windows that let in a lot of natural night, but also has solid blinds. The room has a large built in wardrobe. Your private bathroom is across the room which has a shower, seperate bathtub, and space under the sink. Utilities cost us roughly $120/month and internet is $65/month for unlimited. We’d split among us evenly.
