The property is roughly 10 km's from the city just off North East Rd. There is a shopping centre across the road as well as many take away food outlets. Easy access to many bus stops. The room available is at the front of the house and has an en suite. The entire house is furnished apart from the bedroom. There is a nice entertaining area outside with a large pergola. Small lawn area out front and back of house with very little maintenance required. There is a car park in drive way (I park in the garage). The house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning in every room which works very well. The house also has solar panels. All bills are in my name and you will be expected to pay half of Electricity/Gas/Water and Internet.

Hi! Currently looking for someone to move into my house in Klemzig. There are currently two mid-twenties guys living in the house who are quiet, clean, friendly and respectful. The available room is very large (can easily fit a king sized bed with plenty of room to spare) and has inbuilt cupboards on two walls and a large window facing west. The room is otherwise unfurnished. The house is around the corner from the Klemzig O-Bahn station, so the CBD is just a 10 min bus trip away. The Marden shopping centre is also only about 15 mins walk away. We are right by the Torrens River so if you like to ride your bike into the city or uni, you can do most of the trip along the bike path. There are two onsite carparks but it's first in best dressed to get them, otherwise street parking is also available. Bonus! This house comes with two awesome cats who enjoy a good pat once they warm up to you. Rent includes wifi and shared household items (toilet paper, dish soap etc). Water and power bills are split evenly between everyone in the house. Sorry no couples or children. Also, if you want to live here you absolutely MUST do your fair share of cleaning, we like a tidy house :)
