I currently rent at a mates place at findon who is planning to move out around February. Great location 5-10 mins to both the beach and city.. The main bed room will Be available to who ever moves in as I’m happy to stay in the room Im in and still happy to split rent half and half. Bills would be on top of that. The room thats on offer in the house is the main bedroom. It has a large walk in robe with some shelving and mirrors. The bathroom is shared but its an ensuite that is attached to this room. There is a second toilet down stairs however. The house is only 5 years old so its in pretty good condition still. It has Ducted air conditioning and remote access through the roller door out the front. The backyard is quite small but there is access to the park behind the house through a gate. There are also some garden beds out the back which are empty at the moment but are good for vegetables and stuff if your into that. There is only one off street car park unfortunately that is taken at the moment but the space may be negotiable in the future. Small pets could be discussed but technically the strata states that they're not allowed.

$16 Uber home from town, close to the beach, Coles, Micky D’s and a decent chip shop up the road and a couple different bus options only a short walk away. We have internet (mostly used for Netflix) bbq, house cleaner every fortnight ( $25 each ) air conditioning/heating and a swim spa! Who else has one of those!? There are currently three girls and a Jack Russel living here. We’re fairly quiet during the week and usually go out to socialise rather than bring it here but we’re not opposed to the odd bevvy and a chat now and then. Would prefer someone that has houseshared before but generally just a respectful, courteous person.

We live in a nice big house with a large backyard. It's fully furnished, apart from the available bedroom - however if you have any additional furniture, there's definitely room for it. The kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher. There are two living spaces, plus an outdoor table setting and barbecue alongside the large grassed area, so perfect for entertainment (especially in the summer!). We have a pug. He's cute. You'll get all the perks of a dog without actually having to pay for him. Lovely big garden, which is easily maintained, or if you seriously enjoy gardening then it's the perfect space to get your green thumb on. Relatively high fences so you can sunbake on the lawn without any neighbours seeing you. The housemate currently living in the available bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, queen sized bed, TV and TV cabinet, and bedside tables - so plenty of space for your belongings. Your modern bathroom is divided into three sections; the toilet, sinks and bath/shower are all in separate adjoining rooms, so you can still wash your face while someone's in the shower etc. We're super close to the v. cute Queen Street cafe strip, as well as to the train stop and bus stops that will take you to the city in 10 minutes. We have two parking spots in our driveway, plus loads of on-street parking. Bills are not included in rent, however we pay approx. $17 each a month for internet, and approx. $80 each for quarterly electricity bills - so very cheap, especially for a 4 person household!
