The garden is well established and has a healthy array of fruit, herbs and vegetables. A public park with tennis courts is a few steps from the house and public transport is only a few minutes walk away. A train to the CBD takes around 10 minutes. The area is quite retro and cafes, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The double room is furnished with a new double bed and good quality mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rack and lamp. I work as a secondary drama teacher and enjoy the theatre, performing arts and socialising. I also devote time each week to fitness.
