We're a beautiful 4 minute walk to quirky local coffee shops, bakery, boutique stores. About a 5 minute walk to the train station from home and it's only a 10 minute drive into the CBD. Not short for space, that's for sure. We have a big backyard full of grass, a BBQ for the summer ahead, a big shed (mainly used as storage), undercover carport and a decent sized drive way out front too. The room available is 3.7 x 3.4, has a built in robe, shared bathroom and Wi-Fi is available for a monthly cost. We don't have many rules, just common courtesy. Smokers welcome, smoking permitted outside only and dispose of your butts appropriately. No high heels on the floor boards. We have a cat that lives with us, just don't let the cat out.
