However, I provide a new Fridge, new washing machine with dryer integrated, all brand new kitchen equipment, hoover, cleaning equipment, Iron, etc... The building as an indoor pool, a sauna and a gym. So nice during the winter 😛 ABOUT YOUR ROOM: Private room where can fit a King bed size with lots of storage. It comes unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own bed. My current flatmate is selling her bed (only few months old). The room is not really big but the best part is that you will have your own bathroom with a bath 🙂 ABOUT PRICES: The rent is $1344 monthly ($310 weekly). The rent has to be paid monthly before the 25th of each month to the real estate agency. The lease is under my name. However, to secure our agreement, we will sign both a contract with a minimum of 28 days notice and a bond of 1 month rent. ABOUT AVAILABILITIES: The room is available from the 1st of April. ABOUT YOU: You are an easy going person to live with, very...very tidy and clean. I would love to live with another vegetarian or vegan flatmate to have a similar life style. I'm a green activist. Also, if you are Non-Smoker it would be great but if you do, there is a big balcony where you can smoke.
