Have a room available in a lovely Victorian house in Abbotsford, right on the border of Collingwood, Fitzroy and Richmond.
The available bedroom measures up at a 4 x 4.1 with a built in wardrobe, also with a fireplace. The room is right next to the bathroom, which will be shared with one other person.
The photos included are from the realtor, but will aim to get more photos up of how it currently looks.
Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and more stuff is on the way!
The house is really in a great spot, just a sixty second walk to Hoddle St and a stones throw from the buzz of Collingwood and Fitzroy. Pubs abound in the neighbourhood, so plenty of options to find your local! About a 12 min tram ride to the city if you work there like I do.
