Located on a nice quiet street, 2 minute walk to the 200/207 bus.
5 minute walk to Collingwood train station and Victoria park train station
Woolworth is a 10 minute walk away.

Two good pubs with in a couple minute walk. Heaps of places to eat and drink and a short walk to Collingwood/fitzroy

The room is 2.3m by 3m and has a lot of natural light and built in wardrobe. Currently has a single bed in it which can be removed. There is enough room for a queen bed.
Rent is $325.00 a week ($1408.00 paid monthly)

You’d be living with me, I’m a tradie I work Monday to Friday and tend be really quiet. During the week I work and go to the gym, and watch whatever show is currently trending. On weekends I like to catch up with friends have a beer or two and get outside.

Looking for someone in their 30s who is chill and friendly, knows how to clean up after themselves and is overall respectful.

This is not a party house and no kick ons.

Must go on the lease and bond is one months rent paid to the leaving housemate.
