If you are a student that actually studies and are looking for your own private place, with neighbours that are usually in bed by 10 (it's very quiet at night, no road noise at night either as we are about 600m away from Parramatta road) this might be the place for you. Living across the courtyard in the main house are a young couple (mid-30s) who are living with their beloved, and very friendly, cat and (small breed) dog. Room would not suit someone who doesn't like animals. We try to keep the house clean and tidy, we also recycle and are mindful not to waste electricity by leaving lights on at night unnecessarily. We are postgrads and professionals, who enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks but also respect your privacy! The room will be available from November the 7th on and the rent is €300/week (so 150 per person if you would move in with a friend or your partner). Bills are not included, but are very low!
