We’re renting out the spacious (3.8mx4m) master bedroom in a townhouse in best part of Annandale; we are just off Booth Street so it’s a tiny walk to the bus and then about 15 minutes to both the train and light rail.

The room comes with built-in wardrobes and its own private balcony, and it can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The house itself has a huge living room (there is a little desk in the living room which I use as my workspace), a pretty stocked kitchen with appliances, and a cozy dining area. There’s one main bathroom and shower inside, plus a second toilet outside with the laundry (with both a washing machine and a dryer). We also have a backyard that’s perfect for smaller get-togethers. It’s not a party house — more movie-night-and-dinner-party vibes rather than big ragers. We are always down for craft to. Bills (internet, electricity, and gas) are split evenly, and while we’re open to singles or couples (with rent adjusted for couples), unfortunately, no pets or smokers. The move in date is also very flexible.
