The kitchen is spacious, with large dining table, cooking/kitchen appliances, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard and bench space, and two lovely leafy window outlooks. Toilet is separate to bathroom, both have good ventilation, and both have cool retro mosaic floor tiling. There is a great central gas heater, so it never gets cold. The block itself has 9 apartments (so fairly small) and isn't much of a looker from the outside but the apartment is very comfortable and bigger than expected inside. The living/kitchen area is air conditioned and heated. It has been great in both summer and winter. Parking is on street and doesn't require a permit. I've never had to park more than a hundred metres or so away at the absolute worst Looking to split bills and there is unlimited internet already installed. TV has got netflix, youtube, music etc installed It is an 8 minute walk to the Acland St tram stop where there is a shopping centre that has Coles and Woolworths. It is a 12 mins walk to Ripponlea station. Will take some pictures in the daylight soon, it looks much better! Room is 3.1m X 3m not including the built in robes.
