The apartment is in a reasonably new, secured, apartment complex, conveniently located on Chapel St. Trains and trams are basically at your doorstep as are supermarkets, cafes and the beach isn't too far either. The apartment is a three bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and there is a garage space available too, if required. The room on offer is the biggest of the three and very comfortably, fits a queen, could fit a king, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and still have room for more. The room has a built in double mirrored door wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. I am breaking my lease to move back to NSW before christmas therefore I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for me. The lease will be up for renewal on the 23rd of January 2018 and you can continue on if you'd like with a new lease then which will be available. Adam, my current housemate who is taking over the lease is keen for someone who will stay beyond the 23rd of January. You will also have to be approved by the realestate before moving in and as a result have to fill out a tenancy application form. The bond is four weeks rent. There is unlimited internet available for $20/month and bills are divided by the three flatmates. Looking for someone who is a reliable and will pay bills on time.
Hey guys, I'm looking for two new housemates to join on to our current lease. The two girls I live with are moving out, one at the 22nd November (ish) back to NSW and the other 9th December (ish) back to the UK for a long holiday and looking elsewhere thereafter. The unit is a part of a relatively new apartment block located on Chapel Street, St. Kilda with shops, restaurants, cafes and other amenities located nearby. There is secure parking available in the garage below for one housemate only but plenty of on-street parking located close to the building. The apartment is semi-furnished with white goods included in the lease. Soft furnishings such as sofas, TV stands etc. are not. I am in the process of acquiring most of these, having some furnishings/appliances would make my life easier but not a necessity. The two rooms are both slightly bigger than mine, however, I have access to the very small balcony through mine. The rooms can fit a queen sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside and maybe another small piece of furniture, if you like. They both have built-in mirrored wardrobes. A 6 month lease will be up for renewal 23rd January and I'm looking for someone to stay beyond the 2 months and into the next 6.

This is a large, beautiful flat opposite the St Kilda Botanical gardens, close to iconic Acland Street and cafes and bars, close to the beach and public transport and it is a short trip into the city. The spare bedroom is furnished, large and light. The old fashioned kitchen is huge. The renovated bathroom is shared with a washing machine and dryer.
Hi! We are offering a unique entry to the lovely person who most deserves this house next in their life. We look forward to hearing from you. A cultured space with a friendly educated household, the en suite bedroom has an ornate plaster ceiling, dimmable chandelier, high architraves, ducted heating and artisan lead lighting. If you're inspired by design and unique craftsmanship, you'll be wrapped. In the interest of convenience, a tall built-in wardrobe is huge and accommodating with sliding mirrors that hide a great deal of storage space, including a hidden passage to your own spacious bathroom. This additional private space features a double shower, linen cupboard, large stone vanity and theater green-room style mirror with two levels of lighting making it a very clear space to use. The bathroom is further naturally illuminated by a skylight when not in use. There is also a fresh mattress with bedding, full bed frame and a large plasma flatscreen available to your room at no extra cost if you may appreciate any of that, no worries as i have all sorts of furniture and stuff in storage that i don't use. The room is $330 per week, or +50 ($380pw) for couples. Rent is paid fortnightly in advance. This amount is also inclusive of all uncapped water usage, gratis. House bills are then down to three shared costs, which we pay as a whole; Internet, elec and gas. Bond is 4 weeks rent to get the key. The house is furnished throughout yet it is large for the few of us living here, so there is space to feature more if you have things you'd like to contribute, no worries. There are pull-down stairs up to an attic and a deep LUG that can fit a further 3 cars worth if you simply have heaps with you to store. In the laundry I have a reliable dryer and a lovely top-end washing machine that I recently gifted the house from David Jones. We otherwise have ducted heating, air-conditioning, 2 full size fridges, a glorious 6 burner oven that is a real feature and a BBQ within a privately decked, internal courtyard. There is also a bar in the living room that is usually used as a large surface to peruse vinyl records of the classic symphonies and orchestras. In the living room there is an open sky-lit ceiling, a back-lit drafting table if you're an architect or designer, and unique pieces of prized furniture such as Achille Castiglioni's Arco, to name a few basics. With a high roof above and hallways to channel air flow, the house is uniquely comfortable in our peaceful street where a keen boat builder crafted it; if you enjoy architectural terms, it can be experienced as a mix of Spanish Mission–Californian Bungalow. Our breezy cul de sac leads off the busy road, which is opposite a cheerful junior college; so local speed limits make road noise further gentle right around our home. The local train station has also just been fully refurbished after many months in construction and the area is peppered with European strada-window cafe's, which become a convenient asset when you're busy. We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and reliable. Ideally you are a passionate student or young professional who is clean and courteous, if that all sounds good to you too then huzzah – you're in for a treat! I encourage you to say hi, you can visit the room, and we look forward to placing the person that loves it most.
