It's a big terrace with high ceiling and lots of light. It's got a great kitchen / conservatory with a nice long garden (with BBQ) at the back of the house. Large living room size and sofa / TV. It's big enough to feel like two living spaces. It honestly looks a lot brighter in real life! I'll try to update with some day time photos once it stops bloody raining!!! It's quiet, even though it's just off Darling St in Rozelle (the Balmain side). It's close to bars, shops and transport to the city. It's a good spot. It's a big double room that overlooks the garden. There is a fair amount of storage, but, I do have a lot of furntiure etc...however...I'm willing to compromise. Washing machine is a brand new Bosch...so Bosh!! It's ridiculously quite and your clothes will never be softer!! There's permit allowed parking on the street. Internet is included and unlimited. Currently have Foxtel and Netflix also included. The only bills are Gas and Electric every quarter. The overall rent is just $325 a week, which is a great price when sharing with just one other (me) and in such a huge house. My current flatmate is moving out on (or before) the 26th October so will be available from then. Lease is currently in my name and is extended until 14th November 2019.
