Hello!! Me and the lovely Jasmyne require a third housemate for our lovely spacious apartment above a shop in Beaumaris! Rent is 476 per month (not including bills) . You will also be required to pay bond. you can move in asap! Rent is due 10th of each month. This is Not including bills but we don't have a gas bill and we have unlimited Wi-Fi. Internet is $25 a month, and electricity tends to be $30-$40 per mont. We are hoping to find people who are similarly independent, grounded, and respectful. This is a substance free house and we're both pretty reserved but are down for good conversation and TV! We live above a strip of shops that includes a fruit shop, chemist, charcoal chicken, pizza, foodworks etc and are located in a good spot for public transport, with the 600+825 bus stops less than a minute away, and walking distance to mentone & Cheltenham stations. We're also walking distance from the gorgeous beaumaris beach! Also we don't have a washing machine but are in the market for one. ABOUT THE HOUSE: Old and gentle, accepts TLC and rewards with showers that stay hot for a good while. - 15 step staircase to the bedrooms on the second floor (there is a landing 4 steps from ground-level before continuing). - Substance free. - Party free (we’re a quiet bunch). - Big working clothes dryer (washing machine currently out of action, but we’re organising a new one). - Deep bathtub! - Split-system cooling/heating. ABOUT THE ROOM: - Double room, easily fits queen sized bed and furniture. - Built-in wardrobe. - Comes with 32” TV if required 🙂 BILLS AND RENT: -We pay rent on a monthly basis, $1430 altogether which we divide. With another person filling the room this would be $476.60 each, unless you are in a couple in which case that would be $357.50 per month. - A bond of one month’s rent is required. - Everything runs on electricity, so we never have to worry about a gas bill! - Internet is a little trickier - Georgina and I are both currently using our own mobile broadband devices, although we’re also looking into getting unlimited cable installation with Optus. Internet is available Central to trains, bus. Supermarket 5 min walk beach 10min walk, near cafes restaurants and bars. The room has its own bathroom and toilet and is quiet a big room. it is a very roomy townhouse with a yard. a gym is also located 5 min away. The townhouse is quite new and very quiet. I am not looking for smokers and I am looking for someone with a full time job, I am hardly home as I work long hours and go to the gym regularly i also have a boarder collie

Nicely furnished and its in great area. I plan on renovating the bathroom within the next 3 months. If you are still here, Im sure we can come up with an agreement regarding rent whilst renovations are happening.
Modern and furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony view. Nice walk to beach road and the view of the beach from the top of the apartment, Mentone village shops just around the corner. The bedroom os finished and has access to the balcony. I try to keep the apartment clean at all time and I would appreciate the same from my new housemate. This isn’t a party house but friends and family are always welcomed for drinks as long as the house is well looked after.

This house is a beautiful old girl with all the charm and character you could want. It has a huge yard front and back with room for vege patch or run chickens in the chook shed . There is a garage for storage The available room is a large room with built in full wall length robes. You would have your own shower and toilet which also has new washing machine in it.. lounge has open fire place (often used) and split system heating / cooling and the bedrooms are heated with column heaters. Kitchen has new large fridge and dishwasher . We are 250 meters from the beach for swimming / fishing or watching the sun set with fish n chips and beer or wine in hand Black rock shops are a 3 minute walk with supermarket - fish n chip shop , bottle shop, restaurants, lots of specialty shops ,7/11and more . Super close to great shops, the train and beach! So i have a private room available at the rear of the house with a big window and a BIR. My housemate Emily and I get along great and we are looking for another like minded individual who will respect the house and be generally down to earth, trust worthy open and honest and offcourse friendly! Our other housemate Sarah is is leaving us at the end of August as she is moving In with her partner and she will be dearly missed so we are trying to fill the void of the bubbly character she brought to the house! The house has refrigerated ducted heating and cooling which means nice and toastie in winter and ice cold in summer! Internet and all bills are included and being at the rear of the property its a safe and secure house (two on the block) and our neighbours are pretty cool also! The room will have a double bed and dressing table /bed side table. The room size is approx 3.5 X 3.0m with plenty of space and there is a seperate toilet and shower! You'll get half the vanity in the bathroom also to put your things! The house is located across the road from shops where you can do grocery shopping and a post office and chemist as well as being right in the middle of heaps of parklands and a bus stop just outside our street (20m) and 10 minute walk to Southland and 20 minute walk to the station.
