Public transport is excellent for this location with buses directly to the CBD a few moments walk away and the Bowen Hills train station quite close by also. Your room comfortably fits a queen-size bed which doesn´t come included. There are built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom that you will have all to yourself . The unit comes with ceiling fans, air conditioning and a pool. There is a medium-sized terrace off the lounge room which house an assortment of plants, herbs and is also a general outdoor chill space. I have unlimited download internet which works out to be $30 each per month. Electricity is paid quarterly and will be split between us and on top of rent.
