About the property
I am looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Bowen Hills for 4 months from March 6th → July 10th. The images are from when we first moved in, so it wont be this messy.
The apartment is fully furnished! The bedroom comes with everything you could need as well as tons of storage! Feel free to use the dual monitor setup in the bedroom :)
The kitchen is fully stocked, and you're more than welcome to use anything in the apartment, including the BBQ on the spacious balcony.
The building has a terrace, gym, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor green space/garden type of thing and multiple BBQs!
The building is situated right beside the Bowen Hills train station, which makes it super convenient to get to anywhere! You can get to CBD in ~6 minutes, and the trains run very frequently throughout the day, and late into the night (usually run later than the bus services).
