This apartment is fully furnished including the room for rent. Also because the apartment is located slightly uphill, it gives a bit of privacy. And there's always nice breeze coming in when you open the balcony door. There is air conditioning throughout but I have never needed to use it with the breeze that comes through. The apartment has a decent sized balcony overlooking the Brisbane river which is great for entertaining and having BBQs The apartment located just 1km from the city. About us We are a young couple: I work full time as a diesel mechanic and run my own mobile servicing business on the side. Jess is a casual conveyancer and a full-time uni student. Jess and I have a 13 week old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy named Louie. He is very affectionate, friendly and loves to play. Jess and I spend most afternoons at the gym and most nights relaxing in the lounge room. We are both laid back, agreeable and sociable. We enjoy a quiet drink after a big day, but we also respect the need for personal space. We are also very respectful of privacy and expect the same from any potential housemate. About the Apartment & Inclusions Our apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 60 square metre home, 9 floors high, with a beautiful balcony (furnished as an outdoor entertaining area) with amazing views all day and night. There is also a large rooftop area with stunning city views, large BBQ and ample seating. This area can be booked out for private events at reception. On the ground floor, there is another outdoor entertaining area, with a huge pool (great for swimming laps), sun chairs, BBQ area and plenty of seating. This area can be booked out at reception. We are allowed to drink alcohol in this area (and the rooftop), however, neither of these spaces can be occupied after 9pm. Please note that all body corporate rules will be provided to you and must be abused by, as they do to all tenants. There is also conference room which can be booked, a gym and a secure mail room. Our apartment is completely furnished apart from the spare room. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need and we’ll supply all cleaning products including toilet and laundry needs. We have a 70” Hisense smart tv with Netflix, Stan, YouTube, Google, etc and unlimited wifi connected. The apartment has a small study nook which you’re more than welcome to use, although we believe the outdoor area is a more pleasant study space. There are quality ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning throughout, including in the spare bedroom. As for parking, we have one designated spot available but this will usually not be available for use as we have a car. However, the building has its own visitor parks in the basement and roadside parking just outside the building. You should have no issues finding parking if needed. Looking for a housemate to share my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with myself and my dachshund puppy. I’m clean, and friendly. On the odd occasional will have some people over for drinks but respect other’s space. The apartment building is fairly new and modern and only a 5 minute walk from the valley, located right along the busy king Street. All you need to bring is furniture for your own room. You’ll have your own bedroom and the main bathroom. Apartment has aircon, balcony, huge pool and BBQ area, plus king street has a lot of restaurants and cafes. There is only one car spot for the apartment which I use but you can apply for a permit for off street parking otherwise you can rent out spare car parks. Will consider couples.

Nice unit with a balcony and a very nice view. The unit is located in the Cloudland complex, which is a fully secured gated complex located near Gasworks. It has two in ground pools (one lap pool and one with a BBQ area) and a tennis court. I use the en-suite so the second bedroom/bathroom would be yours. I have 2 cute cats.
Belise is one of the newest and most convenient apartment buildings in the valley, close enough for convenience but in the right part of the valley for peace at home away from the noise and crowd of the party precinct. Check out the building and its' facilities on the Belise website. Pictures are indicative only, actual apartment is a much better size and layout, with the two bedrooms separated at either end of the apartment.
My flat is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. It features a large balcony and living area as well as a large kitchen. You will certainly not feel claustrophobic in this house! It does need a bit of sprucing up, and I'm working on that at the moment, so please feel free to bring your bits and bobs. I also have a carpark spot available, pool and gym in the building, air conditioning and front row seats to the Ekka!
