As I've only just moved in this week i havent had a chance to do much but it will be fully furnished and your room has a 3 door sliding wardrobe, queen bed and access to your own bathroom (just outside your door). There is easy parking on the street and it is super close to the Northern Busway and Lutwyche Road and walking distance to the RBWH. There is also a park on the street with a bikeway and breakfast creek runs through it. There is great free street parking and bike racks available at the complex also. Modern appliances throughout the house and kitchen, dishwasher and your general kitchen stuff (blender, baking ware, entertaining dishes etc) are all included.
