It has some furnish, 1 covered parking space, big balcony, just across Newstead House, 100m from bust stop and a short walk to the river. The apartment comes with dishwasher, microwave and dryer but we are also leaving the washing machine. Entry dates is negotiable but preferable from October 26th. Room available from this weekend in Fortitude Valley! The room has a ceiling fan, balcony, built-in wardrobe (room fits a queen bed and tallboy). No pets or couples please. We are 3 working professionals (2 x 29 year olds and 1 x 26 yr old) who enjoy a drink or movie night on the weekends. We are a home, not so much a strict share house but we do keep it clean. It is a social complex but definitely quiet when you need it to be. We are close to everything without the hectic valley noise! Buses leave from a block away and we are super close to IGA, Aldi, Woolworths and Emporium. House is fully furnished for everything you require (cooking, couch days, entertaining ect). I am a pretty easy going guy with a lot on with full time work and part time uni. Enjoy a good time but would ask that anyone be respectful of the property and neighbours as I own the property. Most of the townhouse is furnished already, the only thing you would require is your own bedroom furniture. If you had other furniture which you wanted to bring i would be open to accomodate this if there was enough room. Also will be sharing with a 1.5 year old dachshund named Arnold. You Would have to love dogs and remember to close your door cause he can't be trusted. 😂 He is a great dog and if you are a dog person you will fall in love.
