Also close to a number of shopping centers (Homezone Centre, Wilston Village, Newmarket Village etc). Parking on the property for up to 4 cars is possible. In respect to the room, it is a moderate space with a built-in cupboard. It can fit comfortably a king sized bed (one of the property photos shows just that!). The housemate will share a bathroom with 2 other housemates.
