I absolutely love living here because it's so close to all the amenities. Woolworths is a 1 min walk away, Teneriffe ferry terminal and the river are a 4-5 minute walk. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants all a stone's throw away. Forget about taking taxis or ubers - everything is within walking distance. Even so, an Uber to the Valley is $6, and to the city is usually around $10. The apartment is very modern (the building was only completed in August 2016). The room is fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed and two desks, and has a nice ensuite private bathroom with a large shower and modern fixtures. The building also has a nicely landscaped podium area with a resort-style pool and BBQ facilities. The large master bedroom has 2 x wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is also plenty of cupboard space in the bathroom behind and beside the mirrors too. Bedding/sheets, pillows and towels will all be provided. You will have balcony access directly from the bedroom as well as from the lounge. There are incredible views of the city from the balcony, especially in the evening at sunset. Please note that this place would best suit an early riser, as the construction next door starts at 6.30am Mon-Sat. That being said, it's easy enough to sleep through if you use some earplugs or if you're a reasonably heavy sleeper, and there is no construction activity on Sundays or public holidays, and the activity usually winds down over school holidays.
