The apartment is one of the best I've ever lived in, the property design by Belise is well designed in my opinion. Very spacious and quiet when everything is closed. No carpets so the place is easy to clean, the bathroom is large with a giant mirror, double shower heads. Airconditioning is ducted. Bill's for the quarter were fairly low $150 ish when split. Underground parking, reception collects deliveries for you, sauna, pool, gym, heated spa and massive rooftop floor outdoor area.
