Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to share my apartment. You’ll be living with just one person, so it’s ideal if you’re after a calm and comfortable place rather than a busy share house.
The apartment is in a prime location near King Street, Bowen Hills; one of the most vibrant areas in Brisbane with cafés, restaurants, and shops right nearby. Fortitude Valley is about a 10-minute walk, and the train station is only 5 minutes away, making it very easy to get around.
The building has great shared facilities, including a pool and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing on weekends. There’s also a secure parking garage available for an extra $50 per week, if needed.
The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and easy to live in. It’s not a party house; more a relaxed space to come home to. I work in hospitality, so I’m usually out in the evenings and the place stays fairly quiet.
Bills usually come to around $25–30 per week on average.
I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy to communicate with so sharing the space stays simple and comfortable.
