We have a huge pool that is taking care and is always ready to jump in. Bondi Junction is a short drive up the hill or just a couple of bus stops. We have a balcony with a bbq and out door setting and another balcony looking over the pool. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave and dishwasher. The downstairs laundry has a washing machine and dryer. We also have a cabana out the back for storage.

Our new terrace house is less than 6 months old and has been architecturally designed across 5 levels. Transport - buses are very close and frequent to Bondi Junction / City etc plus parking on the street is easy with no meters or restrictions. Im an easy going, clean and respectful working professional male in my mid 30's. If not at work we are out with friends at the gym or surfing / sailing on the wknds.
