Our Bronte flat is a 2min walk from the southern end of Bronte beach, a 10 min walk to Tamarama beach & a 20min walk to Bondi. We have bus stops right outside, cafes on the doorstep, access to Bronte Park and coastal walking track plus Bondi Junction Shopping Centre a 15min drive away. The flat has 3 rooms. My room has an ensuite and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, clothing storage/hanging space, bath towels and linen. We have unlimited internet, electrical stovetop, microwave, fridge and oven plus a dishwasher. We have an external drying line for clothing plus a washing machine. We have Foxtel, Netflix and 2 balconies for use.
The property is located in central Bronte close walk to the beach and shops literally downstairs. Unlimited wifi included, off street parking and Foxtel, Bus stop right out side the front door. Hey there, I've just taken on a 2bdrom unit and looking for a housemate to fill the other room from this weekend onwards when I move in. Only have the agents photos at this stage which is why it looks unfurnished, will update these shortly. The place is the upstairs unit of a block of 4. No strata rules, everyone rents so there is no building sheriff. It's really close to the main shops like three blue ducks, the beach and the bus to bondi junction.
