A short drive to UC, Belconnen and Gungahlin but you could also ride to any of these places easily. Additionally, It's only a 15 minute drive to the city/ANU and very easy to get to Woden. I am looking for 2 other people to join me in this house. I am looking to fill 2 of the 3 other bedrooms. The bedrooms can fit a queen bed and the shared bathroom has a separate shower and spa bath. Gas stove and oven. House and rooms are currently unfurnished but I can organise furnishings for the room but it wil be an extra $15/week. The house has airconditioning and heating througout for the summer and winter. Automatic garage is free for you to use if you want it.
