I've just been accepted for this 3 bedroom townhouse in Murarrie. Close to Brisbane city, public transport and only a few km's from the Gateway it sits in a really convenient location. Property is only about 6 months old so it's still very new. As it is the first unit of the complex the street parking is close and not inconvenient at all.
