In the apartment you will have a bedroom to yourself and a lovely master bathroom. The bedroom fits a queen bed and bedside tables, has air conditioning and a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, mirror and sink with storage.
The living space is shared, there’s a nice couch and TV system, laundry area, kitchen with appliances and some perosnak storage, and a beautiful outdoor area with seating.
Two cats will be living in the apartment, so there are strictly no pets allowed. In saying this, there must also be a respectful understanding of their safety in terms of ensuring front/back doors and windows are closed.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Thornhill Apartments located in Cannon Hill. It’s a five minute walk away from the Cannon Hill shopping centre which has a Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Kmart, TkMaxx, Bakery, Butchers, Bunnings and more! It’s also a prime location for foodies as it’s nearby a Servo, McDonalds, Grilld, Subway, GYG, Hungry Jacks, KFC and multiple restaurants. There’s many bus stops and a train station nearby too!
Wifi is included in the rent, however, bills such as electricity and water are not included. This is divided amongst both tenants.
On street parking available and off street.
