Quiet, modern, secure apartment building in pleasant surrounds.
Everything you'll need is close by, including Cannon Hill train station, a mere 2 minutes walk and parks in under a minute. The Apartment is fully furnished.
Your room is not furnished however it has a built in with wardrobe and shelves. The room will fit a queen size bed and you will have your own bathroom (it’s not an ensuite but across the hall from your room).
Plenty of secure street parking.
Ideally I'd like to find a housemate who is friendly and busy with their own life and willing to keep up their end of the maintenance of their own space and the shared spaces in terms of cleanliness/tidiness. I think it's important to be able to engage with your housemates and be friends but also provide space and peace and quiet!
