THE HOUSE: This is a giant old beautiful house with floorboards, high ceilings and ducted heating. It's technically a three story house with all the bedrooms spread out so it very much feels like everyone has their own space. We have a beautiful backyard and a cute little studio as well (perfect for jamming in though we currently don't use it much). THE BEDROOM: The room available is a very large front facing room with giant windows (with blinds!), floorboards and a ridiculous amount of built in wardrobes. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate who is across the hall. The house is very quiet and relaxed during the day so it's perfect for anyone looking to study. LOCATION: We are within an 8 minute walk to both 67 and the 64 tram, Glenhuntly Station is 3 mins on the tram and Elsternwick Station is 10 minutes on the tram. We are right next to a giant park with SO MANY DOGGOS. There is a cafe and a laundromat 50m from our house (super close!) and also a deli a little further up that has fruit and veg.
