THE PLACE – Our place is an apartment and is super spacious, even for 4 people. We have 1 bathroom, maybe 1.5, and you’d think it’d be an issue but it’s very easily worked around. The kitchen is really spacious and Masterchef friendly with plenty of pantry room. There is a balcony that connects to the lounge room, its not huge but nice enough to sit and have your breakie and a coffee. Both rooms come with an external built in robe so you won't need to source one of those. The apartment itself will be furnished other than a couch, fridge and TV which are leaving. If you have one swell but if you don’t, also swell! There's also a huge Garage incase you need to store anything! We live opposite St.Kilda Botanical gardens which is great for obvious reasons! It also means if you have a car don’t stress about parking. The whole street has free all day parking – no permits required! – and there is always a spot somewhere! Public transport wise the Number 3,16,96,67 Trams are all within a 5-10 minute walk to get you into the CBD or down St.Kilda rd. Acland street is a 5 minute walk away with awesome cafes, bars and shops. Woolies and Coles are a 5-10 minute walk away and Aldi just a little further. Chapel street is only a 10 minute tram ride or $10 Uber ride away.
